Fall is the season to see the true beauty in nature. The leaves are changing color, the weather is cooling, and fall decorations are emerging.
Autumn is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful seasons. The weather, leaves, pumpkins, and much more occur during autumn. Although in Florida, you may not see very much change happening, such as in Washington or New York but, the leaves and the temperature are starting to drop.
Autumn: the third season of the year, when crops and fruits are gathered and the leaves fall.
Autumn is the time of year when the leaves start to change; when families come together for the holidays; when all the pumpkin items come out again.
“Autumn means leaves, Halloween, pumpkins, pumpkin spice lattes,” Freshmen Hannah Genet says.
Pumpkin. That’s the one word that describes many fall pleasures, such as pumpkin-spice lattes, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin cider, and pumpkin carving, just to name a few.
“Who doesn’t like pumpkin spice lattes?” Genet asks jokingly.
Pumpkin carving is also a fun thing to do to get in the mood of Halloween. One can scoop the guts out of the pumpkin, sketch shapes on the pumpkin, and cut shapes to make a creative design.
The weather outside has been getting a bit cooler, as of recent. Lately,there has been a noticeable change in the weather.Thd temperature has been going from about 96 degrees to around the mid 70s. This is a huge change since Florida’s typically a humid state. It may be time to start bringing out those sweaters and jackets!
Autumn may not be the prettiest here in Naples, but if you ever venture to other states, be sure to stick around for Autumn!
