Last night the Golden Eagles Volleyball team defeated the Golden Gate Titans in the district semi-finals 25-17, 18-25, 27-25, and 25-23.
The team was led by Lily Grasso with 24 kills,15 digs, and 3 aces; Emma Loden with 21 digs and 5 aces; and Sophie Sorbara with 43 assists, 9 digs, and 2 aces.
The team will face Barron Collier tonight at Palmetto Ridge High School for the district championship. Game time is 7 PM.
