    Smidley St. Louis

    Smidley St. Louis will be playing football at the University of Minnesota Crookston located in Crookston, Minnesota. The Golden Eagles compete in NCAA Division II athletics in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Smidley was a first year varsity letter winner in football at Naples HS where he played linebacker and safety.

    Handel Victor

    Handel Victor will be playing lacrosse at Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania. Keystone College is a NCAA Division III school that competes in the Colonial States Athletic Conference. Handel is a four year lacrosse player and also a varsity football player earning varsity letters in both sports at Naples High School. He was the recipient of the Coach’s Award as a sophomore.

    Merlica Faustin

    Merlica Faustin will be running track at Florida International University, which is located in Miami, Florida. FIU is a NCAA Division I school that competes in Conference USA. At Naples HS Merlica was a three year letter winner in cross country and a four year letter winner in track. In tack she ran the 400, the 800, the 4 X 800 and the 4 X 400 meter races. As a junior she was a Track MVP and as a sophomore she earned the Outstanding Runner Award. She has been All-Conference in cross country for two seasons and All-Conference in track for the last three seasons. She is also a nominee for the Naples Daily News 2019 Track Athlete of the Year.

    Priscilla Medal

    Priscilla Medal will be playing volleyball at Penn State University Beaver in Center Township in Beaver County Pennsylvania. Penn State Beaver is a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association and the Penn State University Athletic Conference. Priscilla is a three year varsity letter winner in volleyball at Naples High School. She also is a recipient of the prestigious Naples High School Student-Athlete award. While at Lorenzo Walker Technical High School she was the Student Council Parliamentarian. Priscilla’s planned college major is biology. Priscilla Medal will be playing volleyball at Penn State University Beaver in Center Township in Beaver County Pennsylvania. Priscilla is a three year varsity letter winner in volleyball at Naples High School. She also is a recipient of the prestigious Naples High School Student-Athlete award.

    Shelby Weinberg

    Shelby Weinberg will be playing lacrosse at The University of Akron which is located in Akron, Ohio. The University of Akron is a NCAA Division I school that competes in the Mid-American Conference. Shelby is a four year letter winner in lacrosse earning three varsity letters at Gulf Coast HS before transferring to NHS this year. She plays attack and in 2018 she earned the Best Offensive Player Award at Gulf Coast HS, as well as First Team All-Conference Honors. She was also a Naples Daily News Athlete of the Year Finalist in Lacrosse.
